Playback of other movie file formats is not supported. <> Movies files are generally very large. This means that you need a large amount of data storage memory in order to store movie files in main memory. If memory is being used by other applications you have installed or other data files, you may not have enough memory available to store the movie file you want to play. If this happens, perform the following steps. - Play back the movie file directly from a storage card. Store the movie file onto a storage card and then use Movie Player to specify playback from the card. - Delete some applications you no longer need to free up more data storage memory. See the applicable user documentation for information about uninstalling applications. <> Movie playback puts a heavy demand on your CASSIOPEIA's CPU. Do not leave your CASSIOPEIA connected to your PC during movie playback. <> Do not remove the memory card from your CASSIOPEIA while a movie is playing. <> Tapping the [Brightness] or [Settings] button, or tapping any button or key not used by Movie Player stops movie playback. Playback is also stopped automatically whenever the low battery message or an alarm message appears on the display. <> Movie playback requires a large amount of memory. If the message "An error caused this operation to be terminated." appears during playback, perform the following steps to quit other applications. 1. Tap [Top Menu] -> [Settings] -> [Memory] -> [Task Manager]. 2. Tap the application you want to quit once so it is highlighted. 3. Tap the [Stop] button. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for other applications as required. You can also stop all applications that are currently running by tapping the [Stop All] button. <> Note that you can control Movie Player audio volume independent of the general [Volume & Sound] settings. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Other Information ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <> Take care that you do not set the volume level to high when using earphones or headphones. Listening to audio at very high volume settings can adversely affect hearing. Also, be sure to consider the feelings of people around you. In a quiet environment, even a relatively low volume setting can cause sound to leak from your earphones and disturb people around you. <> Copyrights Except for your own personal enjoyment, copyright laws forbid any reproduction of image and movie format files, and audio and music format files without the permission of the copyright holder. Copyright laws and international treaties also expressly forbid distribution of such files over the Internet or to third parties, regardless of whether such distribution is for free or for a fee.
